GWorks canopies are manufactured from 3 mm 5052 aluminium and supported by an internal frame that provides structure for the doors, internal fitout and accessory mounting.

GWorks canopies use an automotive style sealing system designed to create consistent contact around the door opening and help protect the equipment stored inside.

INTERNAL PLATFORM

The internal frame and mounting system provide the foundation for drawers, refrigeration, pantry storage, shelving, electrical equipment and other compatible components.

MOUNTING

It starts with raw aluminium and moves through our manufacturing process here in Australia.

Design. CNC processing. Folding. Fabrication. Welding. Surface preparation. Powder coating. Assembly.

Keeping the process under our control means we can control how the canopy is manufactured, finished and ultimately supported.

The GWorks canopy uses a modular internal platform that allows the internal setup to be configured around what you carry and how you use the vehicle.

Depending on the available space and configuration, this can include refrigeration, drawers, pantry storage, shelving, electrical equipment and other compatible accessories.

Can I change the internal setup later?

Yes. One of the advantages of the modular internal platform is the ability to adapt the setup as your requirements change.

Where are GWorks canopies manufactured?

GWorks canopies are manufactured in Australia by our team in Port Macquarie, NSW.

The canopy moves through our manufacturing process from raw aluminium through CNC processing, folding, fabrication, welding, finishing and assembly.

What warranty does a GWorks canopy have?

For the original end user purchaser, GWorks canopies are backed by our Lifetime Structural Warranty, subject to GWorks warranty terms.
