Unlike standard DC chargers, the BCDC Alpha50 R constantly adjusts charge mode in real time to meet the needs of your battery. This maximizes efficiency, protects battery health and acts as a genuine battery management system.

Compatible with all common automotive battery types including heated and standard lithium. The onboard BCDC charger includes LED indicators for charge status and fault detection.

You can set input current limits to suit your system and protect your electrical setup. Perfect for modern vehicles including hybrids and EVs.

Scout50 also includes start battery charging and start battery recovery. It can recover a flat start battery in around fifteen minutes with the press of a button when solar is available.
